Book your Yacht

At MyCaribbean charters we make the process of booking a charter as easy as 1-2-3, most of all your hard earned money is safe, you are invoiced and pay the fleet operator direct by credit card, wire transfer or by cheque, the operator issues with a receipt and you booking is secure. This is how a typical charter is booked through MyCaribbean charters:

1

We recommend several yachts identified by our experienced brokers as great deals based on your requirements, once you narrow down your choice we put a 48 hour hold on the boat to enable you to arrange flights and make sure the deal is right. No one else can put a hold on the yacht while we have secured it in our booking system.

2

We confirm the booking with the fleet operator and send you the invoice , You will then need to pay a deposit of 50% of your booking within one week. You can pay by transfer and you will receive more information about the payment methods and conditions with your quotation. After your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation and a welcome package with information via email.

3

We send you the links to fill in your sailing resume, crew list, and provisioning preferences and the operator issues you with a receipt, that's it you are off on an amazing sailing adventure!

Why use a broker

At MyCaribbean charters we use a small team of very experienced yacht crew brokers to seek out all the best deals available in the Caribbean, we literally scan hundreds of offers daily through our real-time booking system that has thousands of boats available all around the globe, we are confident you will not get a better deal going direct to the operator as the special offers change daily between multiple fleets, without the specialist software we use it would be impossible to identify the best deals on a daily basis, we do the hard work and you get the best offers available to the public. Additionally, our team live and work in the BVI, we see all the charter boats sailing here on a daily basis, in fact we split our time between actually working on boats and brokering deals for our customers, we are in the unique position to be able to visit the fleets, inspect the boats and see all the new boats coming into the fleets, in fact we often sail on the boats you will actually be chartering as we work along side many of the established fleets.

FACT – You do not pay more using a broker, fleets do not offer a cheaper price direct than we can offer. Need more information? message us below for a chat, call or email we are waiting for your questions now! Check our FAQ for more information CLICK HERE
